Frank is originally from Cork but now lives in Clontarf. He graduated from University College Dublin in 2004 with a Bachelor of Actuarial and Financial Studies and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland (SAI). Frank is an experienced finance leader and actuary with nearly 20 years of working in the insurance industry. Frank is currently an Associate Director within Deloitte Ireland’s actuarial practice, leading the actuarial workstream for large audit clients as well as supporting companies in an advisory capacity across a range of topics including regulatory, financial reporting, product development and capital optimisation. Frank is a former chair of the SAI Finance and Investment Committee. He additionally holds a Diploma in Aircraft Leasing & Finance from the Law Society of Ireland.
